Every document was fetched directly from the official state URL shown on its page. We record the SHA-256 hash of the exact bytes received and the retrieval date. When the state changes a file, we keep both versions. We never edit documents. Aggregate figures (vendor totals, agency spending) are computed directly from the state's own published datasets — you can re-run the math yourself from the source links on every page.
Last full index: 2026-07-26. Re-crawls check every known document with conditional requests (only changed files are re-downloaded) and pull new checkbook rows per fiscal year.
