Synopsis
This Amendment clarifies that the provisions of House Bill No. 373, as amended, do not restrict the sale of non-beverage hemp products, do not require retailers to obtain a marijuana license solely to sell hemp products, and do not classify products as marijuana simply because they contain cannabinoids like CBD, DBG, THC, CBN, or CBC.
