Synopsis
This Amendment clarifies that corporations may also donate to the Delaware Volunteer Fire Service Revolving Loan Fund. The Amendment also clarifies that loan funds are received from a county, not by a county. The Amendment adds a section to provide 90 days for the effective date of the Act.
