THIS CONCURRENT RESOLUTION COMMENDS TAYLOR RICHEY, THE 2026 DELAWARE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR, AND ALL THE DISTRICT/CHARTER NETWORK BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS OF THE YEAR.
