Synopsis
Upon enactment on June 30, 2022, Senate Bill 317 (151st) established new formulas that a community owner may use to increase rent in a manufactured home community including, under § 7052B of Title 25, that a community owner may increase rent if allowed expenses, including taxes, increase more than the county’s 24-month CPI-U. This Amendment prohibits a community owner from increasing rent in a manufactured home community based on an increase in school district taxes for the 2025-2026 tax year.
