Synopsis
This amendment clarifies that except as may otherwise be specifically mandated by SS 1 for SB 300, any documents, data, images, information, reports and correspondence created, transmitted, received, store or maintained by any person or entity pursuant to the mandates contained within the new Chapter 9B of Title 24 created by SS1 for SB 300 are confidential and not subject to release pursuant to a Freedom of Information (FOIA) request.
