Synopsis
This amendment strikes Senate Amendment No. 1 to Senate Bill No. 315 in its entirety and inserts language that would allow the Council on Finance to review and make recommendations regarding fund allocations under this section, in accordance with the Council’s role under § 8707A of Title 20.
