Synopsis
This Amendment removes the requirement that an accredited youth camp be deemed as meeting all equivalent youth camp license requirements. Instead, this Amendment requires that outdoor youth camps must have access to a shelter or building that provides protection from inclement weather and that these requirements may not include specific size or square footage.
