Synopsis
This Amendment adds an annual reporting requirement to the S.B. 272, as amended. The annual report must include demographic data on employees hired under project labor agreements required by this Act. This Amendment also sunsets this Act on December 31, 2031. Finally, this Amendment increases the minimum aggregate cost of the public works project from $5 million to $10 million.
