Synopsis
This Amendment authorizes the Department of Human Resources to seek and must make applications for grants or other sources of funds from private, federal, or other public funding sources to facilitate funding of the Diabetic Wellness Pilot Program. Also, the implementation date is delayed to the extent the Department must obtain funds for this program.
