Synopsis
This Amendment adds a separate, additional registration fee of $15 for a motorcycle that is also an electric motor vehicle, other fuel vehicle, non-plug-in electric vehicle, or a plug-in electric vehicle. It also clarifies that a moped is exempt from the additional registration fee under the Act.
