Synopsis
This Amendment does the following: (1) Makes a technical correction to ensure the weight limit established on lines 11 and 12 and 47 and 48 of Senate Bill No. 262 clearly applies to other applicable provisions by using language consistent with that on lines 13 and 49 of Senate Bill No. 262. (2) Like Senate Amendment No. 1, adds a prohibition on using the interstate highway system for certain trucks hauling farm produce.
