Synopsis
This Amendment removes Section 1 of this Act, which would prohibit discrimination against 340B drug distribution by manufacturers, third-party logistics providers, and wholesale distributors. This Amendment also does all the following: 1. Clarifies that an entity's contracted pharmacy is included in the protections under § 3374A of Title 18. 2. Makes technical corrections to conform existing law to the standards of the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual.
