COMMENDING ASHLEY LOCKWOOD REPRESENTING THE MILFORD SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR BEING SELECTED AS DELAWARE'S STATE TEACHER OF THE YEAR FOR 2023 AND COMMENDING EACH SCHOOL DISTRICT'S TEACHER OF THE YEAR.
