Synopsis
House Bill No. 453 protects Delaware’s fresh water supply while also reducing costs for small businesses and single-family residential homeowners by eliminating certain requirements relating to the installation of backflow prevention devices. This Amendment makes corrections to align with the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control’s Well Construction Regulation: 7301, Regulations Governing the Construction and Use of Wells. This Amendment also corrects the spelling of the word “preventers” on line 20.
