Synopsis
This Act increases the penalty for violations of the Board of Electrical Examiners licensing regulations in situations involving fraud and material deception, or where a person has performed electrical work in a category for which the practitioner is not licensed. This Act makes technical corrections to conform existing law to the standards of the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual.
