Synopsis
This Amendment does all of the following: 1. Removes language relating to acreage requirements. 2. Clarifies that this Act does not apply to a person’s or property’s eligibility for United States Department of Agricultural loan programs or the Delaware Agricultural Lands Preservation program. 3. Makes a technical correction to correct a typographical error.
