Synopsis
Senate Bill No. 18 allows retail dealers in Sussex County to sell gasoline that does not contain ethanol if the gasoline is being used in watercraft. This Amendment adds retail dealers in Kent County to Senate Bill No. 18. Kent County also easily meets the National Ambient Air Quality Standard.
