Synopsis
This amendment accomplishes the following: a) Provides for the Governor’s Energy Advisory Council to make recommendations to the State Energy Office about updates to the Climate Action Plan; b) Specifies that the Council is responsible for making recommendations regarding actions and policies on energy issues to the Governor and General Assembly; and c) Provides that the Council members include representation from constituencies that include Public Service Commission-regulated, municipal, and cooperative public utilities, as well as public health and heating fuels interests
