Synopsis
This Amendment clarifies that all meetings of the Executive Committee shall be open to the public, and that all minutes and documents of meetings of the Commission, other than closed meetings, and recordings of Commission hearings on proposed rules or amendments, are available to members of the public upon request and at the requesting person's expense. This Amendment also makes several other non-substantive, clarifying changes to the bill.
