Synopsis
This Amendment defines "certified doula" as an individual who has received a certification to perform doula services from a specified doula certifying organization and revises the membership of the Child and Maternal Death Review Commission to include a certified doula, instead of any individual who provides doula services. This Amendment is drafted to align with House Bill No. 340 if House Amendment No. 1 is not passed.
