Synopsis
Any person who registers to vote the day of the election shall have their vote kept in a provisional ballot envelope, which shall be counted by the Department after the Department verifies the person in question is a qualified voter and has not previously voted in the election. This also changes the implementation date from January 1, 2022 to January 1, 2023.
