Synopsis
This Amendment requires that doula services be provided by a certified doula and defines "certified doula" as an individual who has received a certification to perform doula services from a specified doula certifying organization. This Amendment also makes technical corrections to conform to the standards of the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual.
