Synopsis
This amendment requires the Council to include the Delaware State Troopers Association and the Delaware Fraternal Order of Police in discussions concerning the regulations for the use of body worn cameras by police officers and requires that both review the regulations prior to formal approval of the Council. This amendment also clarifies that body worn cameras must be worn by a probation and parole officer of the Department of Correction assigned to a law enforcement task force.
