Synopsis
This Amendment restores language to House Bill No. 176 that was removed by Senate Amendment No. 2. Specifically, this Amendment restores both of the following to § 7008(a)(3)a. of Title 25: 1. A community owner's responsibility for preventing the accumulation of standing water on other grounds. 2. The clarification that the exemption does not apply to constructed community assets.
