Synopsis
This Amendment provides broad flexibility regarding how school districts and charter schools fulfill the requirement to identify an individual who is responsible for assisting with the implementation of the curricula adopted under this Act. Instead of a school-based supervisory position, the person responsible for providing this assistance can be a school-based or district-level position, and the individual in this position can be a teacher, administrator, or consultant.
