Synopsis
This amendment obligates the Department of Education to provide each school district with a list of the required minimum standards of good repair for each of the facility categories outlined as required under the Standard of Good Repair under Delaware Code, Title 14, Chapter § 2307(c) . It removes the requirement of a school district to annually present the completed inspection findings at a public school board meeting. It also ensures the report of the facility inspection findings and the board approved repair and maintenance plans submitted will be confidential.
