Synopsis
This Amendment clarifies that a tenant seeking relief under Section 5317 must make payment into the court or other escrow account, of the amount of rent required by the lease, unless the amount is modified by the court. This Amendment also changes the language in subsection (n) to clarify that the options provided to the court each require a hearing.
