Synopsis
This amendment does all of the following: 1. Corrects a technical error. 2. Clarifies that where personal information is contained in a printed directory, the person must remove it (following a request) before the next update, rather than within 3 day. 3. Clarifies that this Act is not meant to limit or enlarge protections in federal law relating to third-party content providers on an interactive computer service.
