Synopsis
This Amendment requires that the Department of Insurance investigate pricing of prescription insulin drugs to evaluate if the requirements under this Act are adequate to ensure appropriate cost-sharing for consumer access to prescribed insulin drugs and make recommendations for changes to the law, if necessary.
