Synopsis

This amendment updates the list of premises that may apply to the Commissioner for a license to sell alcohol and resolves a conflict in the law by making it clear that these licensees must purchase beer, wine and spirits from an importer. This amendment also clarifies that the of selling beer by the glass are limited to taverns.
