Synopsis
This Amendment does the following: (1) Clarifies that this Act does not apply to plans of health insurance or health benefits designed for issuance to persons eligible for coverage under Medicare, Medicaid, or any other similar coverage under a State or federal government plan. (2) Changes Delaware Code section designations in the Act due to conflicts with existing Code section designations in Chapter 33 of Title 18. This avoids the need for the Code Revisors to redesignate the conflicting Code sections.
