Synopsis
This Amendment does all of the following: 1. Removes the restriction on tethering a dog overnight. 2. Limits the time a dog can be tethered when the owner is not present to 2 consecutive hours. 3. Makes Senate Bill No. 217 effective upon the appropriation of funds necessary for enforcement.
