Synopsis
This Amendment transfers administrative responsibilities from the Secretary of Finance to the State Treasurer and reduces the amount of taxing authority granted to Delaware Tech’s Board of Trustees from 10 cents per $100 of assessed value to 6.5 cents per $100 of assessed value.
