Synopsis
This Amendment confirms the section of the statue to require an initial report to be submitted by July 1st 2019 for both private carriers and the Division of Medicaid & Medical Assistance. Furthermore, the Amendment adds language that ensures that all proprietary information is not public and any finding of said reports cannot result in a private action.
