Synopsis
This Amendment adds additional State agencies to those agencies tasked in Senate Bill No. 168 with producing information to educate an applicant related to traffic stops by a law-enforcement officer. This Amendment also authorizes those State agencies to consult with other interested parties in producing this information. Finally, this Amendment makes clear that the information is not legal advice.
