Synopsis
This Amendment clarifies that registered agents must comply with regulations established by the Secretary of State regarding the verification of the identity of the registered agent’s clients and the assessment of potential risks of illegal intentions for the business relationship. This Amendment also makes technical corrections to conform to the standards of the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual.
