COMMENDING WENDY TURNER REPRESENTING THE BRANDYWINE SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR BEING SELECTED AS DELAWARE'S STATE TEACHER OF THE YEAR FOR 2017 AND COMMENDING EACH SCHOOL DISTRICT'S TEACHER OF THE YEAR.
