Synopsis
This Amendment adds the Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court and the President of the Delaware Healthcare Association to the Council. The Chief Justice may designate to the Council the Deputy State Court Administrator, who is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Judicial Information Center. This amendment also inceases the number of members from the private sector by 2. This amendment also makes a technical correction.
