Synopsis
This amendment revises subsection (a) to modify the notification that a health insurer or a health plan must provide in connection with overpayment recovery efforts, and adds “abuse” to subsection (c). This amendment also clarifies that the provisions of §2730 of Title 18 cannot be waived and that any contract that is in conflict with the section is null and void.
