Synopsis
This amendment corrects the Code to reflect that the State receives 5/8 of the tax, Beach Preservation receives 1/8 of the tax, the Delaware Tourism Office receives 1/8 of the tax, and the counties receive 1/8 of the tax for their convention and visitor bureaus.
