Synopsis
This amendment reduces the penalty for unlawful marijuana extraction from a felony to a class A misdemeanor. Delaware law (Title 16, § 4754) already punishes the unlawful manufacture of marijuana as a class D felony, so creating another felony in House Bill No. 110 is unnecessary.
