Synopsis
This Amendment removes the restart of the right of first offer process after 2 years have elapsed and instead provides a home owner association with the ability to proceed in Chancery Court and stay the timeline or extend the timeline, if the homeowners believe that the community owner is not acting in compliance with this section.
