Synopsis
This amendment changes the members assigned to the Spay and Neuter Performance Review Committee from the President of the Boards to the Executive Directors of those agencies. The reason is that the Executive Directors of these agencies are more familiar with the day-to-day operations and the issues addressed by the Committee.
