Synopsis
This Amendment removes the change made by Senate Amendment No. 2 to retain the original language of Senate Bill No. 101, which requires a research facility to contract with another organization to comply with this Act instead of allowing a research facility to operate its own adoption program. This Amendment also removes the immunity provision from Senate Bill No. 101.
