Synopsis
This Amendment increases the number of Council members from 1 to 15 by adding the Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court who may designate the Deputy State Court Administrator, who is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Judicial Information Center, to the Delaware Cyber Security Advisory Council.
